Near infrared sensor that integrates an InGaAs photodiode and front-end IC

 

The G13568-01CT is a compact optical device that integrates an InGaAs photodiode and front-end IC. Signal from a photodiode that receives near infrared light is output digitally through an I²C interface. It also has a built-in LED driver and can control external LEDs.
