FISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) is a cytogenetic technique used to detect and localize the presence or absence of specific DNA sequences on chromosomes. Imaging of multiple FISH signals requires cameras with high sensitivity and high dynamic range due to broad light signal level. Cameras to capture multiple colors simultaneously are also available.
