Devices for spectrophotometer (IR).

PMT (photomultiplier tubes)

In the photosensor field, photomultiplier tubes (or PMT) are known to have particularly high sensitivity. PMT also have dozens of other advantages such as high-speed response time.

Two color detectors

These detectors use a combination of two different photosensors, in which one sensor is mounted over the other sensor along the same optical axis. They provide a broad spectral response range covered by the two photosensors.

InGaAs photodiode array

These are InGaAs photodiode linear arrays having rectangular elements equally spaced.

InGaAs PIN photodiode

InGaAs PIN photodiodes developed by our unique, in-house compound semiconductor process technology offer features such as high speed, high sensitivity, and low noise over a spectral range from 0.5 μm to 2.6 μm, and are used in a wide variety of applications ranging from optical communications to chemical analysis and measurement fields.
