New building at Electron Tube Division has completed for a further production capability including newly developed Photomultiplier Tube.

Hamamatsu Photonics have been proceeding a construction
of new building at Toyooka factory (Main site of Electron Tube Division)
for the production and development of Head On type Photomultiplier
Tubes mainly.
This new building is completed in its construction
now and will be starting its production since January 2006.
This new production is expected to be a mass production of newly developed
product such as Flat Panel PMT, a base for new developments and a higher efficient
production with a concentration of production processes which are distributed
in the past.
