The L01725 xenon lamps are high-stability 75 W point light sources with twice the product life of previous lamps.
Hamamatsu, Japan – November 29, 2007 – Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. is offering the 75 W xenon lamps (part number: L10725) to Japan-based as well as international manufacturers of semiconductor inspection systems. The lamp is a highly stable point light source that offers an extended product life of 2,000 hours, which is twice the product life of its predecessor.
Production release of the xenon lamp is scheduled to begin on December 3, 2007. It will be exhibited at SEMICON Japan 2007 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan from December 5 to 7. This is one of the world's largest exhibitions for semiconductor equipment and materials.
