Sales Engineer in Almere, The Netherlands

You will get the opportunity to work with different kinds of technologies and applications. The role contains both stimulating technical and commercial aspects as well as frequent contact with customers. As part of an expansion, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for all local sales activities, including the main contact with existing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities and customers. You will be supported by a team of highly experienced and motivated colleagues at our head-office in Germany.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physics, or related discipline.
  • Experience in a sales role of at least 2 years, in the field of e-technology, ideally photonics, laser or physics.
  • Proven successful sales track record.
  • Ability to identify and define project opportunities for customers and prospects, including creation of requirement specifications and proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional attitude
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
  • Excellent time-management
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
