Business Development Engineer in Moscow

HAMAMATSU Photonics leads the development in photonics, one of the world’s key technologies. Our products are used in many different areas ranging from medical field and industry to scientific research. The company with its head office in Japan has more than 5 000 employees worldwide.

Hamamatsu Photonics is expanding and we look for a pro-active and dynamic representative with strong communication skills and a background in physics, engineering or life sciences.

You will become a member of our representative office in Moscow and support business development in Russia and CIS an we will offer you:

You will be responsible for:

 
  • Working close with customers and local partners to understand their needs
  • Providing advanced technical support
  • Market analysis of business potential
  • Marketing and promotion

You have a university degree in electronics engineering, physics or similar with preferably a few years of experience as sales engineer or business development engineer. You are keen to accomplish your tasks with high quality and on time, as the customers and colleagues are dependent on your work.

You are a pro-active team player with strong communication skills, fluent in Russian and English orally and in writing.

You are Russian citizen and a resident in Moscow or Moscow region and prepared for frequent business trips in Russia and CIS.

In addition, it is an advantage if you have previous international experience and have a background of technical sales in the fields of engineering, physics or life sciences.
