Web Marketing Specialist (m / f / d)

Challenging job in digital marketing at European level for a global player

Your responsibilities:

  • In the role of Web Marketing Specialist, you will have a project management role and will be responsible for the development and implementation of web marketing strategies on a European level.
  • You are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of the paid marketing channels with a focus on customer acquisition and control the external service providers and agencies.
  • Another essential task is the administration of the content and the maintenance of the content management system (CMS). Create, publish and manage content on a European and regional level based on campaign plans.
  • You are responsible for the design of digital marketing measures to optimize the customer experience and to increase leads via the company's internal digital channels.
  • You will independently create analyzes and derive measures to optimize the visibility and findability of content and offers in various search engines and to uncover SEO potential.
  • You are responsible for customer journeys, lead funnels, ensuring GDPR compliance and measuring success based on KPIs and dashboards.
  • You take on an advisory role for the other departments, work closely with the global marketing colleagues and report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.In this role you will work closely with the European marketing team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.


  • Based on a business degree with a focus on marketing, business administration, communication or a comparable background, you have already gained 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of web or online marketing at a manufacturing company in an international environment.
  • You have excellent marketing knowledge and experience with SEO, SEA, online content management and the optimization of web pages in order to improve the conversion rate in the long term. In addition, you have a good knowledge of the design and usability of web pages.
  • You have experience with marketing analytics, marketing optimization measures, Google Ads and the development and implementation of web marketing strategies. Knowledge of HTML and Enterprise B2B is desirable.
  • You have a good understanding of B2B sales processes and can provide the sales force with leads to build a sustainable and effective sales pipeline.
  • You are communicative, open-minded, intercultural, creative and customer-oriented. In addition, you enjoy working in an international team.
  • Transparent communication, a structured and analytical way of working, a hands-on mentality as well as fluent spoken and written English skills round off your profile.
