PCR Polymerase chain reaction (PCR)

PCR

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a technique used in molecular biology to make millions of copies of DNA. PCR is now a common and used in clinical and research laboratories for a broad variety of applications. Real-time PCR monitors the process of amplification in real time using fluorescence; not only at the end of the reaction as occurs in conventional PCR.
Digital PCR is a quantitative method that provides a sensitive way of measuring the amount of DNA in a sample. Photomultiplier tube (PMT), SiPM(MPPC) and CMOS camera are mainly considered for the fluorescence detection system.

Recommended products

MPPC module C13365 series

MPPC modules are capable of detecting low-level light.

Photomultiplier tube modules

These modules incorporate a high-sensitivity PMT for low light detection and an HVPS circuit.

Board level CMOS camera

This board captures 2D fluorescent images.

Mini-spectrometer micro series

The mini-spectrometer is a high-sensitivity, ultra-compact spectrometer head that supports the long wavelength region (up to 850 nm). This product is suitable for integration into a variety of compact devices.
