測距イメージセンサは、間接TOF方式により対象物までの距離を測定するセンサです。人物や物体の有無の検知や形状認識により、「タッチレス」、「省人化」を必要とするさまざまなシーンに応用することが可能です。
このたび、裏面入射型の3製品 (64画素、256画素、96×72画素)をラインアップに追加しました。
今後、センサラインアップの拡充や、光源 (パルスレーザダイオード)・光学系・集積回路 (ASIC)を一体化したモジュール製品のリリースも予定しています。
