今日の企業には、自社(グループ)としての取り組みのみならず、サプライチェーン全体におけるCSR推進(とサステナビリティ・リスクの管理・低減)が求められています。そこで当社は、仕入先に対して当社のCSR基本方針を理解しCSR活動を推進いただくための参考として「浜松ホトニクス サプライチェーン企業行動ガイドライン」を作成いたしました。以前のCSRガイドブックに変わる当社の基本指針となります。
また、CSRの一環として、事業継続計画(BCP)も策定しており、社会に対する製品の供給責任を果たすためにもBCPの策定と推進活動も重要事項であると考えています。
仕入先には、この2点(CSR及びBCP)に係わる現状の推進状況をアンケート調査し、仕入先の状況を把握しています。
当社が所属する一般社団法人電子情報技術産業協会(JEITA)が策定し公開している「責任ある企業行動ガイドライン」に準じて当社の「浜松ホトニクス サプライチェーン企業行動ガイドライン」を作成しています。CSRを推進するため、必要不可欠な項目を網羅しています。

JEITAの「責任ある企業行動ガイドライン」の自己評価シートに準じて当社の「浜松ホトニクス サプライチェーン企業行動ガイドライン」に対する自己評価をWebアンケート形式で実施していただく内容になります。
地震に限定したBCP対策が策定されているかの確認になり、大分類として以下のような内容になり全30問に○(はい)×(いいえ)で回答いただく形式となっています。こちらも仕入先への負担軽減を考慮し簡易的にしていますが、仕入先の対応状況を把握できる内容としています。
ガイドラインは定期的な見直しを実施し、現状に合わせた内容を維持しています。
ガイドラインに変更があった場合は仕入先へ連絡し、周知徹底しています。
仕入先へは隔年のCSR調査を実施し、ガイドラインの順守状況を把握しています。
また、新規取引の仕入先には随時のガイドラインの送付とCSR調査を実施しています。
直近1年間に購入実績のあった仕入先を対象とします。
2021年7月に仕入先1849社にCSR調査を依頼し、1725社から回答がありました(回答率93%)。
当社はCSR基本方針に準じてCSR調達を実践しています。その一環として仕入先からの通報窓口を設置しました。
