C15400-30-50Aは、TDI方式に加え、低エネルギーX線に対して高感度を実現する新手法を採用することで、薄物・軽元素素材の検査画像を高いコントラストで取得できます。
これにより、CFRP等に代表される軽元素・軽量化素材やシート材料もちろん、CuやAI、Ni、Fe等の金属膜といった可視光を透過できない材料の厚みムラ測定が可能となりました。
可視光を用いた従来の膜厚測定方式では、可視光を透過する樹脂膜等の測定が可能な一方で、光を透過しない金属膜等の対象物に対しては、膜厚を測定することができませんでした。X線イメージングを用いることで、樹脂膜等の材料はもちろん、CuやAI、Ni、Fe等の金属膜といった可視光を透過できない材料の厚みムラ測定が可能となり、検査対象の幅が広がります。
厚さ2 μm、4 μm、6 μm、8 μmの銅箔を撮影。厚みムラが測定できています。
従来のポイントセンサを使用した厚みムラ測定では、手法上、測定漏れが発生しますが、ラインセンサカメラを用いた測定では、対象物を面で撮像するため、測定漏れが発生しません。検査精度が向上し、製造工程への高精度なフィードバックが期待できます。
軽量化部品の接着時に発生した塗りムラや接着剤中のボイドを検査できます。
アルミシートに生じた打痕や筋を検査することができます。
薄い梱包内に入った紙幣を、コントラスト良く検査することができます。
これまでのインラインX線イメージング技術では、X線の透過しやすい薄物の対象物や、樹脂等の軽元素素材で構成された対象物を撮像した際のコントラスト不足が課題となっていました。
C15400では、低エネルギーX線に対して高感度な新手法を内部構造に採用することで、従来機種ではコントラストのつかなかった、対象物のわずかな厚みムラをインラインで可視化できるようになりました。
C15400-30-50Aの性能を十分に引き出していただくため、お客様の用途や使用環境に合わせて検出幅や解像度変更品の開発、小型化、モジュールでの販売等、ご要望に応じて柔軟にカスタマイズ対応いたします。
