ICG蛍光観察カメラシステム pde-neoは、肉眼では見えない近赤外像を観察するカメラです。組織表面下の血管やリンパ管の流れ(または走行)を、簡便にリアルタイムで観察することができます。

pde-neoは、ハンディタイプのカメラユニットで見たいエリアを手軽に観察することができます。基本的な操作は手元のスイッチで行え、観察しながら容易に画像調整も可能です。
カラーの観察に対応しました。手元スイッチのワンタッチ操作で、カラー画像と蛍光画像を切り替えながら同一視野で観察することができます。
近接観察時の手術野の確認のほか、手術部位の記録画像としてもお使いいただけます。
さらに、従来機に比べ画質も向上しました。
カメラユニットのヘッド部分を回すことで、フォーカスを調整できます。カメラユニットを被写体に近づけることで、より詳細な観察が可能になります。
pde-neoは、カメラユニット前面に白色照明を搭載しています。蛍光観察時※の手術野の明るさを補うことができます。
※蛍光観察時は無影灯を消灯します。室内灯(蛍光灯)は点灯の状態でも観察が可能です。
pde-neoの設定状態をモニタ下部で確認することができます。カメラの設定を統一して観察したい場合などにご使用いただけます。
蛍光Mapping機能は、蛍光画像をより明瞭に観察するためのサポート機能です。ICGの蛍光を抽出し、蛍光強度に合わせた4段階(緑・青・マゼンタ・赤)のカラーに分けて表示します。本機能により、微弱なICG蛍光の判別や強調が可能です。
また、蛍光強度の分布を把握することも容易になるため、血流の分布の評価などでの応用が期待されています。
本機能により、背景に埋もれて判別が困難であった血管を検出しました。
