LEPAS-12 レーザビームプロファイラは、光ビーム用解析ソフトウエアで、専用光学系・デジタルカメラと組み合わせることにより、高精度・高機能なビーム解析を行います。高性能デジタルカメラに対応し、高空間分解能で高ダイナミックレンジな計測を実現、パルス光の計測も可能です。測定ビーム画像に加え、、等輝度線表示や3D表示、XYプロファイル表示、ビームパラメータ表示など、多彩な表示機能で測定結果を検証することが可能です。
LEPAS-12は、光ビーム測定システム構築の核とな製品です。
LEPAS-12と光学系、カメラとを組み合わせることで高精度な光ビーム測定システムの構築が可能です。当社では専用の光学系や計測用カメラ、フィルタなどのアクセサリを各種取り揃え、幅広い測定に対応します。
