NIRO-200NXは、3波長の近赤外光を照射し、測定精度をより高めています。
組織酸素飽和度(TOI)が低下した場合、いくつかの原因が考えられます。TOIと同時に各ヘモグロビンの変化を見れば低酸素となった原因への手がかりとなり、その対応をより素早く行うことが可能になります。
酸素化が不十分な場合、脳へのヘモグロビン流入(nTHI、ΔcHb)に変化は見られませんが、酸素化ヘモグロビン(ΔO2Hb)が低下し、反対に脱酸素化ヘモグロビン(ΔHHb)が上昇します。
鬱血状態の場合、脳内の脱酸素化ヘモグロビン(ΔHHb)上昇に伴って、総ヘモグロビン量(nTHI、ΔcHb)が増加します。
脳は虚血状態の場合、脳へのヘモグロビン流入量(nTHI、ΔcHb)が減少します。
