The S16495 is a Si photodiode capable of detecting 310 nm UV light with high sensitivity.
The bandpass filter selectively transmits only 310 nm wavelengths, effectively blocking unnecessary light from the visible to the near infrared regions. Furthermore, its extremely narrow spectral response half width (FWHM) reduces the influence of stray light, allowing accurate measurements.

These characteristics make it suitable for applications requiring stable detection of specific UV light, such as hydrogen flame light. Additionally, this product features a compact leadless package, supporting integration into small devices and space saving designs.
