Back-illuminated infrared detector with band-pass filter (3.9 μm)

 

The P16112-039MF is InAsSb photovoltaic detectors that use a band-pass filter for the window. By using a back-illuminated structure, we greatly improved the sensitivity temperature coefficient compared to the front-illuminated type. It is a band-pass filters with center wavelength of 3.9 μm. Product using this filter is suitable for gas measurement. It is environmentally friendly infrared detectors and do not use lead, mercury, or cadmium, which are substances restricted by the RoHS directive.
