Applicable up to 2.1 μm, Low dark current, Non-cooled type NIR image sensor

InGaAs linear image sensors G16823 / G16824 / G16825 series

  • Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. Solid State Division

These are InGaAs linear image sensors designed for near-infrared multichannel spectrophotometry.

They achieve low dark current while being driven at room temperature.
The long wavelength type in this series is smaller than the previous TE-cooled type.

Features

  • Single video line
  • Selectable from two conversion efficiency types
    (CE=16 nV/e-, 160 nV/e-)
  • Pixel size:
    50 µm × 250 µm (G16823-128DB)
    25 µm × 250 µm (G16823/G16824/G16825-256DG)
  • Low dark current
  • Low power consumption
  • Drive voltage: 3.3 V
