We will present our next-generation Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS®), designed specifically for advanced semiconductor metrology. With enhanced performance, unmatched stability, and innovative smart features, the EQX-850 sets a new standard in precision and efficiency. Meet us at Semicon Europa and discuss directly with the Product Manager.
Building on the success of our EQ-10, the EQS-10 sets a new standard for performance in demanding EUV applications, including EUV metrology, resist development, and defect inspection.
The Laser-Driven Light Sources or LDLS is an innovative light source developed by Energetiq Technology inc. in the US, which is a subsidiary of Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. LDLS is the only light source in the world that utilizes a focused laser beam to generate and maintain plasma between the discharge electrodes in the xenon gas filled bulb.
The Optical NanoGauge Thickness measurement system C15151-01 is a non-contact film thickness measurement system utilizing spectral interferometry. The high-power, highly stable white light source enables precise measurement of film thicknesses, even of super-thin films. Also, the light source has a lifetime of 10 000 hours, making it suitable for in-line operation.
The OPAL-Luxe is a compact, multi-channel spectrometer with the unprecedented ultra-high dynamic range. It is capable of simultaneous multi-wavelength spectral measurements over a wide wavelength range with extremely high dynamic range, and is particularly effective when strong and weak signals are present simultaneously. In order to take full advantage of its high dynamic range, the spectral optics have been newly designed and developed as a top-of-the-line model of, with high sensitivity, high wavelength resolution, while minimizing stray light.
