European Drug Discovery Workshop

Thank you for joining us at the Drug Discovery Workshop 2025!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants who made our first-ever Drug Discovery Workshop (previously known as the FDSS Users Meeting), a resounding success! Your engagement and enthusiasm contributed to an enriching experience for everyone involved. Although the event has concluded, the knowledge shared and connections made will continue to impact our community.

For those who missed it or wish to revisit the discussions, we are pleased to announce that a selection of poster sessions and presentations are now available for viewing. These sessions showcase the innovative research and findings presented during the workshop.

Participants had the opportunity to experience a dynamic program featuring live demos, expert talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions focused on the latest in drug discovery. It was the ideal platform to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and connect with leaders in the field.

Keep a lookout for future updates and we hope to see you at the next Drug Discover Workshop in 2027!

"It was a true pleasure to welcome the FDSS users meeting in the beautiful Old Beguinage, Leuven, Belgium. The highly attended event provided an exhilarating glimpse into the future of FDSS systems. The program further explored the current applications within academic, biotech and pharma industry-based research and developments, uniting a unique blend of key players from diverse realms in life sciences, who rarely have the opportunity to converge. The most recent scientific advances as well as forefront technological developments presented were of the highest level rivaling leading conferences in the field. The atmosphere at the meeting was marked by convivial and collegial interactions with openly shared experiences and insightful discussions. The meeting was highly interactive with active contributions from early career researchers and tech staff to the program and the discussions. Maybe the best testimony for its success is that discussions continued despite the prospects of a local beer tour. Overall, a highly exciting event for all using or thinking to use FDSS instruments within their research!"

"I have been participating to the Hamamatsu FDSS Users Meeting for 5 years now. This meeting is one of my preferred meetings because of the quality and diversity of the science and the participants (academics, start-ups and pharmaceutical companies). The science is great and the atmosphere is friendly, which favours exchanges of ideas and technical tips."
