The L15893-0330ML is a mid-infrared LED with the peak emission wavelength 3.3 μm respectively. This product has been created using Hamamatsu unique crystal growth technology and process technology. It has narrow directivity and increased output because it has a reflector. This is suitable as light sources mounted in gas detectors.
