浜松ホトニクスでは、内閣府男女共同参画局が中心となって進める「理工チャレンジ（リコチャレ）～理工系のお仕事を体感しよう！～」の取り組みに賛同し、今夏に女子中高校生向けのイベントを開催いたします。
リコチャレは、理工系分野に興味がある女子学生の将来の進路選択を応援することを目的とした取り組みです。
「光」の性質を活かしたワークと、理系女性社員の働き方などを紹介し、皆さんの視野を広げて頂ければと思います。
オンラインで開催いたしますので、全国からのご参加も可能です。理工系に興味を持ち、ご自身が目指す将来像を考えるきっかけとなれば幸いです。
