近年、ISO 9001、IATF 16949等のマネジメントシステムの普及により、設計、製造、検査で使用する計測器は、計量計測のトレーサビリティが確保され、定期的に校正されたものを使用することが求められています。
浜松ホトニクスは、1999年に「光」の区分で、2008年に「電気(高周波)及び電磁界」の区分でJCSSの認定を受け、分光放射照度、分光応答度、レーザパワー測定器等で校正サービスを行っています。
JCSS:Japan Calibration Service System(計量法に基づく校正事業者登録制度)
JCSSの校正証明書は、国家標準への計量計測のトレーサビリティの証拠となります。また浜松ホトニクスでは、MRA(国際相互承認条約)の認定も受けており、ILAC(国際試験所認定協力機構)及びAPAC(アジア太平洋認定協力機構)加盟国に対して受け入れ可能な校正証明書となっています。
「計量計測のトレーサビリティ」とは、校正の連鎖を通じて、測定結果を国際又は国家計量標準に関連付けることができることです。
そのために、校正対象となる計測器が持つ測定のばらつきを不確かさとして表記し、校正値に対して不確かさの範囲内に標準で測定した値が入ることを示します。
このように、計測用の実用機を校正することにより、標準に関連付けされた測定結果を表示できるように管理できている状態を「計量計測のトレーサビリティが確保されている」と言います。
JCSSとは、計量法に基づく計量法トレーサビリティ制度を表します。JCSSは、「計量標準供給制度」と「校正事業者登録制度」からなります。
「校正事業者登録制度」は、1993年11月より開始した制度です。登録できるのは、計量法関連法規及びISO/IEC 17025に適合していることが認定された校正サービス者のみです。
JCSSロゴ付き校正証明書は、それ自体が校正結果の計量計測のトレーサビリティを証明しており、ISO 9001やIATF 16949に適合することの証明に利用することができます。
又、MRA(国際相互承認条約)のロゴが付いていれば、国際的に受け入れ可能な校正証明書となります。
