当社の仕事のスタイルを学ぶとともに、光技術をはじめとする様々な技術を学び、必要なスキルを身につけます。また半年間の研修期間を用いて、希望職種(事業部)を探してもらいます。
事業部研修の目的 | 総合コースの方は、半年間かけて、電子管事業部、固体事業部、システム事業部、中央研究所をまわり、当社での仕事のスタイルや基礎知識を学ぶとともに、社内の人的ネットワークを構築するための研修となります。 職種別コースの方は、配属事業部にて専門性を高めるための研修をしていただきます。研修内容は配属事業部によって異なります。 |
