スポット光源は長寿命・高輝度水銀キセノンランプと、光ロスの少ない専用光学系の採用で、長寿命・高光出力な紫外線照射光源として主にFA（ファクトリー オートメーション）の分野で活躍しています。紫外線を利用するために熱影響に弱いマイクロ部品や光学部品などの微小部品の接着用途に最適です。
