ピンホール検査ユニットC15477は、燃料電池セパレータやパウチ型二次電池のラミネート外装の微小穴欠陥検査に用いられます。これらは燃料電池車や電気自動車などに搭載される重要部品であり高い信頼性が求められます。本製品は、低炭素社会のコア部品の生産を支える高精度・高速な検査に貢献します。
L15895-0430Mは、当社独自の結晶成長技術とプロセス技術により実現したピーク発光波長 4.3 μmの高出力中赤外LEDです。波長4.3μmの光は二酸化炭素に吸収され、CO2モニタなどの環境分野用光源に用いられます。従来品と比較してLEDチップの面積を約1/2に、消費電力に対する放射束を約2.7倍にし、省資源化、省電力化を実現しました。
S13014シリーズは、縦長画素の受光部を採用した高感度CMOSリニアイメージセンサです。紫外域においても高感度・高耐性を実現し、エンコーダ・位置検出・分光器など、さまざまな用途に使用されています。表面実装型パッケージを採用し、5V単一電源で動作するため、取り扱いが容易です。従来のデュアルインラインパッケージに対して、体積で約50%減、質量で約60%減を実現し、装置の小型化・軽量化、省資源化をに貢献します。
FTIRエンジンは光干渉計や制御回路を手のひらサイズの筐体にまとめた、1.1μmから2.5μmの近赤外に高い感度をもつ小型のフーリエ変換型赤外分光モジュールです。農作物の収穫前検査や、土壌分析(例:圃場に限らない土壌油汚染の現場測定)、プラスチック選別(例:家電製品に含まれる難燃剤の分別)など、これまでタイムリーな測定が難しかった幅広いシーンでの応用が期待されています。

PMA-12は、分光器と光検出器を一体化したコンパクトな分光測定装置です。低迷光モデルC14880-01は従来品からの広い測定波長範囲、高感度といった特徴はそのままに、光学配置の見直しによる低迷光を実現し、消費電力を約30%削減、筐体体積を約30%小型化しました。低炭素社会において更なるニーズが高まるLEDや有機ELの開発や検査にもご利用いただいております。
C12068-01/02は、分子間振動・結晶性に対して敏感な特長を持つテラヘルツ波を使った分光分析装置です。既存装置と比べ安定性が高く、窒素パージ不要で高品質なスペクトルが得られ、製品サイズも約1/2程度です。同じ化学式だが結晶形が異なるといった、物質の結晶多形の評価にも使用されています。炭酸塩鉱物の多形評価といった地球温暖化などの環境変動に対する研究、測定分野においても、ご活用いただいております。
