質量分析装置などに使用されるイオン検出器の1つに、鉛ガラスを使用したチャンネル電子増倍管があります。当社が開発したCERARION®は、セラミックで検出器の形状を形成し、チャンネル壁面に二次電子増倍膜と抵抗膜を構築する技術を用いることで、鉛フリー化と高い堅牢性を実現しました。
P15409-901は、当社独自の結晶成長技術とプロセス技術により感度波長域を14 μm帯まで広げたType II 超格子赤外線検出素子です。RoHS規制物質の水銀やカドミウムを含む従来の赤外線検出素子とは違い、環境負荷が小さく環境に配慮した赤外線検出素子です。また、ガスや分子の官能基の分析に利用される波長域に感度を持つため、各種環境モニタリングに使用され地球環境の保全等に貢献できる次世代の赤外線検出素子です。
S12742シリーズは、国際的な規制の強化に伴い、需要が高まっている排ガス検出や水質検査等の環境用分析装置用の素子です。感度波長域が極めて狭く、迷光の少ない正確な測定が行えるため、排ガス検出(Nox:窒素酸化物)、水質検査(全窒素)、排水検査(TOC:総炭素、COD:化学的酸素供給量)に用いる装置(光学系)を小型・軽量化できます。
S13282-01CR、S14847-01CRは、SiAPDとプリアンプを一体化した小型光デバイスです。TOF (Time-of-Flight)方式で対象物までの距離を測定する装置等に使用されています。フロントエンドICを搭載しているため、信号処理回路部品を削減でき、実装基板の小型・軽量化に貢献しています。
S14810、S14811、S14813はマシンビジョン、工業検査等に使用されるイメージセンサです。CMOS readout ICを内蔵し、デジタル出力を得ることができます。従来のアナログ出力のイメージセンサでは、信号処理回路が必要でしたが、回路基板の部品点数を大幅に削減でき、その面積を縮小することが可能です。
C13852シリーズは、電子冷却素子内蔵MPPCおよび高圧電源回路等を内蔵したフォトンカウンティングモジュールです。極微弱な光を検出でき、血液分析、眼科診断、ガス計測などの用途で使用されています。設計構造の見直しにより、当社従来品と比べ約85 %の体積削減を達成し、使用装置の小型・軽量化にも貢献しています。
S11685-24は、工業製品や食品検査、歯科でのレントゲン撮影等に使用されます。従来製品に対して1枚当たりの写真撮影時間が約3分の2となり、検査作業効率の向上や患者への負担軽減を図ることができます。また、センサ使用時間の短縮化により、装置や検査の省エネルギー化にも貢献しています。
G14674-0808Wは、人の目には見えない近赤外線領域の画像を撮ることができるイメージセンサです。ハイパースペクトルイメージング用カメラに搭載され、廃プラスチックのリサイクル選別等に用いられます。従来品に比べてより長波長域(1.7 µm~2.55 µm)の感度を有することにより、これまで困難であった臭素系難燃剤を含有している樹脂の選別も可能となることが期待されています。
C14440-20UPは、超低ノイズCMOS固体撮像素子を使用したデジタルカメラで、科学計測や工業用検査分野で使用されています。従来品に比べ、画素数を1.27倍に増加し、データレートは1.13倍の高速化、読み出しノイズを約半分に低減しました。カメラサイズは同等で、質量は約55 %に軽量化することができました。
