aeroPULSE FS50は、薄膜切断、ガラス切断、ステントをはじめとする医療機器、ICパッケージ切断、スクライビング、OPAポンピング、材料加工など、様々な用途向けに設計されています。
プログラム可能なアンプバースト動作の導入により、多くの用途において非バースト処理と比較して、より高いアブレーションレートまたは加工深さを実現できます。この新機能により、プロセス全体の最適化が可能になります。
標準仕様として、波長1030 nmにおいて最大50 Wの出力を提供します。パルス幅の調整機能と幅広い繰り返し周波数を備えたaeroPULSE FS50は、柔軟性に優れたコスト効率の高いフェムト秒レーザです。
着脱可能な第二高調波発生 (SHG)モジュールにより、波長515 nm (20 μJ)と1030 nm (40 μJ)の切り替えが可能になります。波長はソフトウェアで選択できます。
独自のoptoCAGE™技術を採用することにより、アライメント不要の究極の信頼性を実現しています。aeroPULSE FS50は24時間365日の連続稼働でも高い安定性を保証し、装置組み込みに最適です。
