X線TDIカメラ
X線TDIカメラは、TDI技術を用いることにより、広域エリアでの高速・高感度・高解像度読み出しを同時に実現し、高精度なインラインX線内部検査を可能にしたカメラです。
C12300-323は、最大180 kVの管電圧に対応した、高エネルギー対応モデルです。透過するのに高いエネルギーが必要な、金属等の固い物質の撮像にご使用いただけます。
X線TDIカメラは、インラインで連続的に搬送されてくる対象物や、金属シートやセパレータのようなロールtoロールで搬送される対象物を止めることなく検査することが可能です。連続的な検査が可能となるため、高速なラインにも対応が可能です。
二次元センサを用いたX線検査の場合、X線源の照射中心以外では対象物に入射するX線に角度がつくことで画像に歪みが生じてしまい、精密な検査を行うために撮像部位ごとの位置調整が必要になる場合があります。これに対し、X線TDIカメラでは搬送方向に対して垂直にX線を照射し、連続して得られる画像を積算してイメージングを行うため、歪みのない画像を取得することが可能です。
C12300-323は、双方向スキャン(搬送方向に合わせたスキャン方向の切り替え)が可能です。これにより、同一検査装置で異なる向きのラインへ接続する場合や、NG判断時に反転読み出しをする場合に対応できる他、サーバ用基板のような大きな対象物の検査におけるタクトタイム向上にも貢献します。
