新貝工場2棟 静岡県「令和2年度環境配慮建築物表彰」を受賞
2月5日(金)、浜松ホトニクス新貝工場2棟が、環境への配慮が優れている建物として、「令和2年度静岡県くらし・環境部 環境配慮建築物表彰（奨励賞）」を受賞しました。2018年（新貝工場1棟）に続いて、2度目の受賞となります。
同表彰制度は、静岡県地球温暖化防止条例に基づき提出される建築物環境配慮計画書において、CASBEE※静岡による評価が優れた建築物の建築主及び設計者を表彰するもので、今回、CASBEE静岡「Aランク（大変良い）」を取得しています。
また、環境に対する配慮だけではなく、地震に対する安全性に加え、天竜川に近いという立地条件を考慮し防水板など水害への対策を行い自然災害にも配慮された建物になっています。

外装材には断熱パネル、窓はペアガラスを採用し、高い断熱性能を確保しています。また、来客玄関には浮力跳ね上げ式防水板を設置し水害対策が行われています。
