近赤外分光分析法の拡散反射計測を行うためのランプと光ファイバを内蔵したモジュールです。
ランプから試料に光を照射し、試料内部に入り込み拡散・反射した光を光ファイバに導光し、近赤外分光器などに接続することで分光分析を行います。本製品は、複数のランプと光ファイバを近接して配置することにより、試料から放出される微弱な拡散光を効率よく検出できます。
拡散反射光源 L16462-01 と当社製近赤外分光器 FTIR エンジンを用いて、テオフィリン濃度が異なる6種の錠剤を、PLS 回帰分析*2 を用いてテオフィリンのみを定量的に測定しました。
事前に取得したトレーニングデータ*3 から検量線を作成し、PLS 回帰分析することで、テオフィリン含有量を予測しています。
検量線で決定係数 R2=0.998 となり、高精度の測定ができていることがわかります。
*3: 物質を定量する場合、標準物質についてあらかじめ吸光度などを測定して、濃度に対する変化を表したデータ。
1100 nm ~ 2000 nm と2000 nm ~ 2500 nm の2つの波長域において、市販光源と当社製拡散反射光源 L16462-01 を用いて上記と同様にPLS 回帰分析でテオフィリン濃度をそれぞれ計測し、精度予測しました。
一般的な市販光源は、2000 nm 以上の長波長域における定量精度が低くなります。一方で、当社製拡散反射光源は2500 nm までの近赤外域において高い検出効率を実現しているため、市販光源と比較して2000 nm 以上の測定においても高い定量精度を実現しています。
