W-VIEW GEMINI-2C イメージスプリッティング光学系
W-VIEW GEMINI-2Cは、入射光画像を2波長に分光し、それぞれの画像を2台のカメラに結像させる顕微鏡用イメージスプリッティング光学系です。
2波長同時イメージングを超解像性能で実現します。
新しく設計開発された専用レンズの採用により、イメージエリアφ12 mm以内は回折限界が維持でき、超解像イメージングに使用可能です。(像側NA 0.025以下の対物レンズに対する条件でのレンズや関連部品の製造・組立誤差も考慮した場合のシミュレーション結果です。)
倍率色収差や光学歪による2 波長画像の色ズレが1ピクセルレベルに抑えられています。 (ピクセルサイズは6.5 μm( ORCAⓇ-Flash4.0使用時)で計算しています。)ZOOM 補正レンズユニット A12802-11(オプション)を使用することで、対物レンズの倍率色収差も補正できます。
98 %の高いユニフォミティにより、画像劣化が最小限に抑えられ、高精度な2波長イメージングが可能です。
W-VIEW GEMINI-2Cは、蛍光イメージングで使用される様々な蛍光タンパク質や試薬の検出波長である450 nm ~ 800 nm の広い波長範囲において高い透過率を実現しています。暗いサンプルの検出や弱い励起光での観察に使用可能です
市販のダイクロイックミラー(38 mm × 26 mm、厚さ 3 mmまで)や市販のバンドパスフィルタ、NDフィルタ(φ25.4 mm、厚み6.0 mmまで)が使用できるため、実験に応じた幅広い光学部品の選択が可能です。詳しくは「光学部品の指定寸法」をご参照ください。
瞳位置へ瞳デバイスを挿入可能です。また、瞳デバイスの位置は、接続されたカメラで確認しながら調整できます(特許取得済)。

W-VIEW GEMINI-2C は、4f光学系で構成されています。1台目のW-VIEW GEMINI-2Cに理想的な平行光が入力された場合、2台目にも理想的な平行光を出力できます。これにより、2台を組み合わせることにより、高精度な3波長同時計測が可能です。
W-VIEW GEMINI-2C に2台のW-VIEW GEMINI を組み合わせて4波長同時計測も可能です。
