Quantaurus-QY 絶対PL量子収率測定装置
Quantaurus-QY(絶対PL量子収率測定装置)は、フォトルミネッセンス法により、発光量子収率の絶対値を瞬時に測定する装置です。
励起光源や検出器、光学系などをコンパクトに一体化した装置で、今まで研究者が測定の際に長い時間と手間をかけていた多くの構成品の調整を必要としません。サンプルをセットし、数項目の指示をするだけの簡単操作で、発光量子収率や励起波長依存性、PL励起スペクトルなどを短時間で測定します。
基本的な測定では、わずか60秒ほどで解析結果までを導き出すことが可能です。
C11347-11は、測定波長範囲300 nm~950 nmのスタンダードタイプです。
