3年間の総原資2,890億円は図の通り活用していく方針です。持続的かつ安定的な経営のための成長投資には資金を十分に確保しつつ、株主還元とのバランスを考慮し設定をしています。機動的アロケーション350億円については、戦略投資案件に優先的に充当しますが、余剰資金については追加での還元を検討します。
配当性向30 %を目途に配当の安定的な増加に努めるとともに、短期業績に駅用の受けにくい自己資本配当率3.5 %を下限方針としています。
2025年9月期に続き、2026年9月期のROEも5 %を下回り、当社推計の株主資本コスト7 %~8 %を下回る見込みです。収益の改善およびバランスシートを適切にコントロールし、資本効率を高めることで株主資本コストを上回るROEを目指します。
