NanoZoomerを常にベストな状態でお使いいただくために、保守契約のご加入をおすすめします。NanoZoomerシリーズの保守契約は定期点検と修理をセットにしたサービスです。保守契約にご加入いただくことで、故障を未然に防ぎ、安定した装置運用が可能になります。万一故障した際にも迅速な故障診断と対応で運用再開までの時間を大幅に短縮でき、お客様のリスクを最小限に抑えます。急な修理や部品交換にも追加費用が発生しないため、年間固定予算(保守契約料金)で安心して運用いただけます。
装置をメンテナンスなしで使用しているとレンズの汚れなどによる画質の低下、装置全体の性能の低下が懸念されます。保守契約では、年2回の定期点検を実施します。レンズなど光学系のクリーニング、ステージ/可動部の調整などを含めた細かな点検/整備を行うことで、安定した高品質な画像スキャンを長期にわたって実現します。これら訪問費用や修理費、部品交換費用は保守契約に含まれます。(消耗品は含みません)
画像取得ソフトウェア(NDP.scanおよびNZAcquire)のバージョンアップも保守契約に含まれます。
NanoZoomer本体だけでなく、制御PCも保守契約に含まれます。予測しにくいPCの故障にも対応します。
