フォーカス調整や露光時間調整など、煩雑なスキャン設定は一切不要です。
Navigation scan機能により、最適な感度を自動設定することができます。
また、スキャンから結果表示までをプロトコルファイルとして保存できるため、スキャン・解析条件を簡単に再現することができます。

培地の自家蛍光や溶液中の蛍光色素などに由来するバックグラウンド蛍光とサンプル由来蛍光を、実際に取得したXZ蛍光断層画像から自動判別し、 3次元的にバックグラウンド蛍光のみを除去します。
血清・蛍光色素を含むDMEM培地中のA549細胞の蛍光画像を、蛍光顕微鏡とCYTOQUBEで取得しました。

一般的な共焦点顕微鏡では、深さが異なる2次元XY画像を複数枚取得し、3次元蛍光画像を構築します。より正確な3 次元情報を得るためには、より多くの取得枚数が必要になります。
一方、CYTOQUBEはZyncscan技術を用いて、連続的に取得したXZ 蛍光断層画像から3 次元蛍光画像を構築します。これによりスキャン設定に関係なく、シームレスかつ正確な3次元蛍光イメージングを実現します。
