幅広フィルムでの応用の場合、複数台設置することにより、除電効果を高めます。
電子線応用装置において、試料に電子線を照射させた際に発生するチャージアップを除去します。SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡)での応用の場合、電子ビームによる試料のチャージアップをピンポイントで除去することで鮮明な画像の取得に貢献します。
