環境悪化や健康被害の原因となる、河川・海水・地下水などの水の汚染に対し水質の検査が行われています。水を汚染する物質は極めて多く、主な成分については法律等でその基準値と測定方法が規定されています。
浜松ホトニクスは、極微量の汚染成分の検出能力が求められる水質検査装置用に、高感度の光センサや高輝度光源を用意しています。
紫外線の吸光度を用いた測定方法です。工場排水や河川水に含有する有機汚染物質の測定に用いられます。
全窒素測定は、試料とアルカリ性ペルオキソ二硫酸カリウムによって生成される硝酸イオンの吸光度 (220 nm)から、すべての窒素化合物の総量を測定する方法です。
試料にアルカリ性ペルオキソ二硫酸カリウムを加えリン酸イオンにし、さらに溶液を加えモリブデン青を生成、その吸光度 (880nm)から全リンを測定します。
工場排水や船舶排水に紫外線を照射し、発生する蛍光から油分濃度やPAH (多環芳香族炭化水素)を計測します。
原子は固有の波長の光を吸収し、吸収された光は再び蛍光として放射されます。原子蛍光分析は、この蛍光を検出し元素の定量を行う分析法で、水銀などをpptレベルの高感度で計測します。
熱解離で原子化した試料に特定波長の光を照射して、その吸収スペクトルを測定することで、原子の定量を行う分析法です。スペクトル干渉を受けにくいことから、さまざまな分野で主成分や微量成分の元素の分析に用いられています。
紫外域(220/254 nm)で高い輝度を有する、高安定なパルス点灯ランプモジュールです。低圧水銀灯に代わる紫外線吸収計測や蛍光励起の光源として広く使用されています。小型かつ5 Vバッテリー駆動の実現により、携帯型分析機器への組み込みを可能にします。また、円筒型分析機器に対応するOEMタイプもお選びいただけます。
紫外域 (190~440 nm)に対応した、高感度で超小型 (指先大)の分光器ヘッドです。各種小型装置への組み込みに適しています。
波長254 nmの吸収光測定に特化したバンドパスフィルタ付Siフォトダイオードです。感度のスペクトル幅が10 nm typ.と極めて狭く、迷光の少ない正確な測定が行えます。また、220 nm (窒素計測用)、275 nm (リファレンス用)など、他波長のバンドパスフィルタ付タイプも用意しています。
190~1100 nmに感度をもつTO-5パッケージタイプの吸光光度計用Siフォトダイオードです。
