その実現のために、全ての事業活動において、人権尊重の理念のもとに、安全と健康の確保が最重要課題の一つと認識し、「働きやすく安全な職場づくり」と「心身両面での健康保持増進」を推進していきます。
- 安全衛生組織を整備し、労働安全衛生マネジメントシステムを確立し、労働安全衛生活動の継続的な改善を推進します。
- 職場に存在する安全と健康に関するリスクの評価及び低減対策を継続的に実施し、業務に起因する負傷及び疾病の予防に努めます。
- 危険有害リスクの低減、災害ゼロ・職業性疾病ゼロ・交通事故ゼロの快適な職場づくりと心身両面の健康保持増進を目指し、目標を定めて取り組み、評価して見直すことで、労働安全衛生管理の継続的な改善を図ります。
- 労働安全衛生に関する法的要求事項及びその他の同意事項、自主基準を遵守します。
- 安全と健康の確保は、良好なコミュニケーションのもとに実現されるとの認識に立ち、働く人との協議と参加を推進します。
- この安全衛生方針は、浜松ホトニクスグループで働く全ての人に、それぞれの義務を自覚させるように、この方針を周知すると共に、利害関係者に開示します。
体制
当社では、安全衛生委員会（本部及び支部）を設置し、各々の下に専門部会を設置しております。そして、本部安全衛生委員会は担当役員を長とし、経営側だけでなく、労働組合からも委員を選任したうえで、年間計画のもと、安全の確保に向けた活動を推進しております。なお、その本部事務局を総務部厚生グループ安全衛生が務めております。

労働安全衛生マネジメントシステムの取得
当社は、労働安全衛生法に則り、国内のすべての事業所でリスクアセスメントを基にしたマネジメントシステムを運用しています。その上で、以下の事業部は外部認証を取得しています。

交通安全への取り組み
当社は静岡県西部地域に工場が点在していることから、従業員の多くは自家用車にて通勤しております。そのため、安全運転を推進し、事故を起こさないようにするため、次のような対策をとっております。
- 事業所内での安全運転への注意喚起
- 交通部会による交通指導
- 交通事故者に対する面談
- 指定職場制度（交通事故の多い職場を指定して、活動を強化する。例：立哨指導、安全宣言、交通KYT（月例にて）、顧問／交通担当者の講義）
