100%の光路切り替えのできるサイドポートが有れば取り付けは可能です。その際、Cマウントのアダプタが必要になります。
なお、サイドポートの光軸の中心の高さが65 mm~105 mmの顕微鏡の場合はMAICO本体の高さ調整のみで対応が可能ですが、高さが105 mmを超える場合は、弊社営業担当まで別途ご相談ください。
弊社製の「HCImageシリーズ」が使用できます。MAICO単体の制御のみ行う場合は「HCImage Live」、顕微鏡のフォーカスをソフトウエアから制御する場合は、「HCImage Acquisition / Analysis」が必要になります。
「HCImage Acquisition / Analysis」では以下のような各種Zドライブ用コントローラの制御が可能です。

ピンホールサイズはそれぞれのサブユニットごとにSmall、Medium、Largeの3段階で調整が可能です。
ピンホールサイズが小さいと解像度が上がるのに対し検出光量が減少します。一方でピンホールサイズが大きいと、検出光量が増加する代わりに解像度が低下します。
検出光量と解像度のバランスの関係上、対物レンズが20倍~40倍未満の場合はSmall、40倍~63倍の場合はMedium、64倍以上の場合はLargeに設定することを推奨しております。
現状は蛍光イメージングにのみ対応しているため、反射光イメージングには対応していません。

ズームとは、光走査素子の走査範囲を変えることで、出力画像の倍率を変える機能です。
