USB 2.0インターフェースの製品の場合、使用しているPCの性能や繰り返し時間などにもよりますが、時間的に連続したデータを取得できない (連続データの一部が間引かれた状態になる)ことがあります。USB 2.0インターフェースにてPCへデータ転送を行う際、最初は問題なくデータが転送されますが、PCの性能や動作状況 (他に接続しているUSB機器や、同時に使用しているソフトウェアにより割り込み処理が入るなど)により、徐々に遅れが生じてきます。A/D変換されたデータ量に対して転送量が間に合わなくなると、次のスキャンのデータは飛ばされ、データが間引かれた状態になります。高速の繰り返し時間で連続測定を行った場合は、上記現象の発生が顕著となります。USB 2.0インターフェースの製品のデータシートにおいて、ラインレートは回路から連続して無駄なくPCへデータ転送ができた場合の理論値として掲載されています。
CameraLinkインターフェースの製品の場合、上記のような現象は生じないため、連続したデータの取得が可能です。
以下の2点の確認をしてください (C11512シリーズの場合)。
1.適切なカメラファイルを選択してください。ソフトウェアとしてMeasurement&Automation (ナショナル・インスツルメンツ社)を使う場合はC11512_1427_max.iidを選択して、DCam-CL (当社製)を使う場合はC11512_1427.iidを選択してください (C11512シリーズとPCIe-1427を使用する場合)C11512シリーズ以外のマルチチャンネル検出器ヘッド、ナショナルインスツルメンツ社以外のフレームグラバボードを使用する際は、対応したカメラファイルを選択してください。
2.「Measurement&Automation」と「DCam-CL」で同時に使用できません。DCam-CLを立ち上げる際には、Measurement&Automationが終了されていることを確認してください。また、Measurement&Automationを使用した際は、マルチチャンネル検出器ヘッドの電源をいったん切った後、再度電源を入れてからDCam-CLを立ち上げてください。

PCIe-1427, PCIe-1429, PCIe-1430, PCIe-1433
他のメーカーのフレームグラバボードでもマルチチャンネル検出器ヘッドを操作することはできますが、マルチチャンネル検出器ヘッドに添付したDLLやアプリケーションソフトウェアと組み合わせて使うことはできません。他のメーカーのフレームグラバボードを使う場合は、取扱説明書に記載されたコマンド送信やフレームグラバボードに添付されたDLLを使って、マルチチャンネル検出器ヘッドの操作を行ってください。
マルチチャンネル検出器ヘッドには、専用ケーブルを付属していません。なお、マルチチャンネル検出器ヘッド用コントローラ C7557-01には、検出器ヘッドとの接続用に専用ケーブルが付属しています。
できるだけノイズの少ない電源を使用してください。直流安定化電源を推奨しています。また、できる限りスイッチング電源の使用は避けてください。
お客様ご自身でセンサの交換作業を行うことは可能です。ただし、センサ・検出器ヘッドを扱う際には静電気対策を十分に考慮した上で行う必要があります。交換作業の方法は取扱説明書を参照してください。ただし、お客様によるセンサ交換作業の際、誤ってセンサまたは検出器ヘッドを損傷させた場合については保証期間中であっても保証の対象外となります。細心の注意を払って行ってください。
